clears the tables faster than other Costas so there's always somewhere to sit, lovely staff
This costa is excellent, more than excellent :) the staff are always lovely, the drinks are always awesome :) everything about this Costa in saltash is the best I love it and will go there lots and lots and more times than other Costas :) keep it up:) I recommend 100%

Having started my holiday with having to have my leg in plaster. I was craving a decent coffee, where I could access easily, actually find a seat without wacking someone with my leg 😂 This Costa was perfect. Plenty of seating inside. Lovely and clean. Friendly and polite service, from lovely staff Flat white was spot on and hot. I think we will back as a stressless experience.

Never have to wait too long to get my drinks and always taste how I expect, always hot enough, and sometimes my order can be a little complicated, they never get it wrong. I normally am served by Holly who’s customer service is great, she is always polite and friendly and always interacts with my daughter (she now asks to go to Costa to see holly), Harrison the barista in training is always very friendly too. I came in today and Miles (I’m pretty certain that was his name a cool guy was very friendly too, I cannot fault the staff here. Throughout covid a nice warm coffee at the end
Of the day served with a smile always brightens mine and my children’s day! So thanx so much Costa SaltashGemma and her team are fab! Attentive, friendly, professional, always smiling and nothing is too much trouble. They are a real credit! Give them a payrise!

Went to the drive thru costa at 9.55 today and despite having no salted caramel sauce, the blonde Girl was quick to offer me an alternative and was very apologetic. The service in which I received was a delightful start to my day. A big shout out to Jane doe (didn't quite get her name). A credit to costa.
Lovely, friendly bunch of staff working at saltash Costa. Nothings to much effort, go far and beyond to help. They make the regulars feel like family and always make my day. Especially pheobe, willow and Nathan, you guys are amazing... And make an amazing coffees or hot chocolates with lots of flavour. Thank you guys :) :)

I have been using this Costa coffee since opening day, I have got to know Rob the store Manager and his team well since then, however in August I visited my local site Costa Saltash and it wasn't good at all, It really surprised me as this site before now has always been spotless with amazing food and drink standards, my visit was on 21st of August and I was so confused by the standards on display I asked to see Rob the store Manager,
One of the staff a female approx. 34 years old with loads of tattoos on her arms I think her name badge said Robyn? grunted at me and said he's on holiday.
I realised immediately that the boss was not around, dirty tables, staff doing very little, queues of customers, empty fridges etc....
However I returned last week and the place is back to normal operating standards, immaculately clean tables, happy staff, quick service , brilliant availability on food, I had a catch up with Rob the store Manager and he apologised about the standards I witnessed in August and explained that he was working on recruitment and assured me Costa Saltash was back to its best and I must say I am delighted.I am a frequent costa drinker, to a certain extent I am an addict proudly for a flat white coconut milk extra hot. I am a frequent costa drinker, to a certain extent I am an addict proudly for a flat white coconut milk extra hot. Never ever have a I met an employee like Myles honestly Costa please recognise this employee his energy his banter really uplifted my day. I travel for work all around the UK and always make sure I find a costa wherever I am. I never leave reviews but this is worth leaving a review for. He is what every costa employee should aim to be!

MustafaAsked for a gingerbread hot chocolate before they were on the menu. They made it anyway and gave me the little gingerbread men too because "They're cute and we have wanted to use them for ages". Legendary.
Costa very very busy staff were efficient and people were served quickly. Good choice of snack foods the seating area very clean. Not cheap but quite good value for a quality product.
Great service and drink, especially as I was able to use my free coffee bean! Spent good few hours catching up with friends and felt under no pressure to move on.
